College student Acadia Banis, director of Outreach programs for Chester All Breed Training, tours the St. Lucia Animal Protection Society (SLAPS), and confers on upcoming surgeries. The Society conducts weekly spay and neuter clinics and re-homes strays in St. Lucia.
